A fatal auto accident has recently occurred during a commute on Wednesday morning. The car accident has left one woman dead and another person injured. Colorado law enforcement has not reported any citations in this incident.Authorities and medical personnel arrived on the scene of the tragic accident. The crash reportedly occurred shortly after 7:00 a.m. Reportedly, as the driver of a Chevy pick-up truck was traveling, the driver of a Chevy sedan attempted to make a turn going in the westbound direction. The driver of the Chevy truck was unable to avoid collision and crashed into the other motorist.The Chevy sedan was reportedly driven by a 41-year-old female, who was unable to survive from her injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Chevy truck and an occupant in the Chevy sedan both sustained injuries and were taken to a medical facility for treatment. The extent of the victim’s injuries have not been reported and authorities do not believe that either driver was under the influence at the time of the crash.
This horrific car accident has left one woman deceased with grieving family members and two others hospitalized. Depending on the outcome of this investigation, either motorist may be held liable for damages suffered by the other party. If the deceased driver is deemed the person responsible for the crash, the driver of the Chevy truck may be awarded monetary compensation if he decides to file a personal injury claim in Colorado against the estate of the deceased.
